Agricultural Tenancies
Advice on all aspects of agricultural tenancies whether under the Agricultural Holding Act 1986 or Agricultural Tenancies Act 1995 (FBTs) including drafting new agreements, rent reviews and serving of notices.

Sales and Purchases
We act for both vendors and purchasers regarding the buying and selling of agricultural property and land from whole farms to small areas including garden extensions.  We can advise on appropriate marketing strategies i.e. auction, tender or private treaty.

With a dedicated Rental and Property Management Department, we manage agricultural property whether small or large including land, buildings, houses and cottages.

Valuations
As a firm of Chartered Surveyors, we have qualified valuers who carry out valuations (including RICS Red Book valuations) on a wide variety of properties. Our specialism includes matrimonial, probate, estate planning, financial lending, Income and Inheritance Tax as well as Annual Stock Taking (HMRC compliant), Tenant Right and Tenant’s Improvement valuations.

Rural Payments Agency
Advice and assistance with all matters relating to Basic Payment Scheme Applications and the transfer of entitlements whether selling or leasing.
